Advertising online is pretty easy, there are lots of sites where you can post your information free of charge, also there are tools like Google Adwords which can get instant results for you (but at a price on their Pay Per Click system).
TV/Radio advertising are alos possible, but they are not part of the ONLINE strategy.
The internet is a massive community of chatrooms, buletin boards and newsgroups. People talk! and when they talk about something related you your business you should comment - not an annoying ad, but pertinent, relevant replies to the questions out there. A bit of a plug for your site of possible and bingo, you have probably converted not only the person asking the question, but anyone else who stumbles upon the comment!
